Established in 2007 by Phil Willcox, Wibblers is arguably the branch’s most “experimental” brewery, producing on occasions beers of exceptional strength and a triple filtered lager. Their
best known and biggest selling
beer is Apprentice, a traditional
bitter at 3.9% abv.

All their beers are also available in bottled form and can be purchased directly from the brewery during business hours.
The brewery relocated to Southminster in April 2016, on a rural site within easy walking distance of Southminster railway station. The Wibblers Tap Room and Kitchen is now open for business, serving beers, ciders, wine, snacks and homecooked food (Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays - check their website for details).
